Anna Geniushene earned her Bachelor’s degree from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory. In 2018 she completed a Master of Arts with Distinction and an Advanced Diploma at London’s Royal Academy of Music, studying under Professor Christopher Elton.
Anna’s solo and chamber music recitalist career has seen her perform in several major concert halls such as the Great Hall of Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory, the Konzerthaus ‘Neue Welt’ and Chamber Hall of the Berliner Philharmonie in Berlin, Salle Cortot in Paris and Wigmore Hall in London. Anna regularly takes part in masterclasses where she has collaborated with renowned artists including Ferenc Rados, Kirill Gerstein, Rita Wagner, Stephen Hough, Paul Lewis, Imogen Cooper, Pascal Rogé and Steven Osborne.
Anna is a keen player of chamber music, including piano duo repertoire with her husband, Lukas Geniušas, and close collaboration with Quartetto di Cremona. She also runs her own annual festival in collaborative music-making, NikoFestCollection, in Moscow.
